LUMENX STUDIOS LTD operates under the trading name “Mustard Seed Faith” (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you (“you”, “your”, “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Online Store Terms

This includes (but is not limited to) cancelling orders, restricting account access, or limiting availability of products if we believe these Terms have been breached or fraudulent activity is suspected.

You understand that certain content or transmissions through the Site may be transferred over various networks and may involve changes to conform to technical requirements. However, payment information (such as full card numbers) is always encrypted during transfer and never stored on our servers.
3.3
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit or otherwise use any part of the Site, including its content, product listings, logos, images, descriptions, or code, without our express written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with LUMENX STUDIOS LTD trading as Mustard Seed Faith.

4. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We strive to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information provided is error-free, complete, current, or reliable at all times. This includes product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping times, and other website content.

Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or stock availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Modifications to Service & Prices
5.1
Prices for our products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. This includes product pricing, shipping rates, and promotional discounts.
5.2
We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including the Site, product offerings, or any related content, without notice.
5.3
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. If you have already placed an order, any changes will not affect that order unless required by law or necessary to correct a clear error.
6. Products & Services
6.1 Made-to-Order Production
All clothing products offered on our Site are made-to-order and produced only after an order is placed. Once your order is submitted, it is automatically sent to our fulfilment partner (TwoFifteen) for production.
Production normally begins within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. You may request cancellation within this 12-hour period. After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as the item is being manufactured specifically for you.
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
If you require assistance or wish to report a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@lumenxstudios.com and we will provide the return instructions and address by email.
6.2 Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours, details, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately represents colours or textures. Variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the print process.
6.3 Geographic Availability
We may limit the sale or availability of our products or services to certain regions if required for legal, logistical, or commercial reasons. Any such restrictions will be applied at our discretion.
6.4 Product Information & Changes
All product descriptions, specifications, designs, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6.5 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To report an issue, please contact us at support@lumenxstudios.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
6.6 Delivery Estimates
Production time is typically up to 5 business days.
Delivery time begins after production is complete and is estimated as follows:
6.6.1 United Kingdom: Royal Mail 24 (1–2 days), Royal Mail 48 (2–3 days)
6.6.2 EU: Royal Mail International (3–5 days after dispatch, but allow up to 7–10 days)
6.6.3 Non-EU: Royal Mail International (5–7 days)
Where applicable, customs and import fees may be included in the product price. However, we cannot guarantee that no additional charges will be applied by local authorities outside the UK.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other external factors. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond 30 days, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
7.1
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or orders using the same billing or shipping address. If an order is cancelled or requires additional verification, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.
7.2
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our Site. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email address, and phone number.
7.3
You are responsible for ensuring that your information is kept up-to-date. If your details change, you agree to promptly update your account or notify us so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7.4
If incorrect or incomplete information results in delivery issues, delays, or failed shipments, we are not responsible for any resulting losses or additional charges. Any re-shipping costs may be payable by you.
